Young Thammavong became part of the Annamite family in August 2024. Born and raised in Vientiane Capital, Young has always been passionate about operational efficiency and people management. His career journey and relevant experience is impressive, spanning almost a decade as Head of Administration at Panyathip International School, and in logistics and food delivery with roles at Food Panda and Xanh SM Laos. Young’s expertise in team leadership, budget management, and operational planning makes him a valuable asset. As Office Manager, his role focuses on making sure everything in the Vientiane office runs smoothly. He’s responsible for support to our team, resource allocation, and strategic planning to improve operations. With his drive for efficiency, Young has already delivered positive results, particularly in improving delivery times and increasing field team satisfaction. His leadership ensures that administrative processes fully support the company’s exploration efforts.

Edwin Lou joined Annamite in September 2024, bringing over 20 years of experience in corporate finance and business leadership to the table. Born in Singapore, his career has taken him across the globe, including key positions in North America and China, where he served as CFO in global companies and private equity-backed corporations. With an MBA in Financial Management (Distinction) from Manchester Business School and a Bachelor of Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University. Edwin is also a Chartered Accountant and ASEAN CPA. At Annamite, Edwin’s primary role is to lead the company through a successful ASX listing and work closely with CEO Didier in raising funds to support the company’s exploration activities. He will also be responsible for ensuring that the Annamite group of companies is well-managed financially, with proper accounting and regular reporting. Edwin’s vast experience in financial management will be instrumental in driving Annamite toward its key goals of listing and growth.
