Geophysical Surveys and Scout Drilling
Plans are in place to conduct geophysical surveys and scout drilling on five identified targets across the Vangma project.
In March 2024, Annamite Resources signed a Joint-Venture agreement to acquire a 51% interest in a 148 square kilometre exploration concession (Vangma) held by DDC Mining Sole Co., Ltd. (DDCM) by funding exploration activities through March 2026. Annamite has a right to acquire75% of DDCM by additional funding through March 2028. DDCM is held 100% by Douangchaleun Development Construction Group Sole Co., Ltd. (DDC). The Vangma property is situated in Sangthong District, Vientiane Capital and Hinherb District, Vientiane Province. The villages of Vangma and Sor fall within the concession. DDCM was initially granted prospecting and exploration rights for coal in April 2024, but this was amended to also include gold and base metals. The exploration license is valid until end March 2028.
Following due diligence in 2023, exploration by Annamite at Vangma commenced in April 2024. The first campaign through to December 2024 consisted of geological mapping and soil geochemistry starting from a regional sampling grid to more detailed infill and composite rock sampling in areas of interest. Sampling has defined significant multi-element anomalies. This work closed off the Boundary target (along the southern perimeter of Sokdee) and identified the five new multi-element targets of Flank (Cu-Mo), Vangma West (Cu-Mo), Buffalo Creek (Au), Milky Way (Cu-Zn) and Star (Mo).
An induced polarization (IP) survey consisting of nine lines was conducted early 2025 to better understand the geometry and potential of targets at Flank, Milky Way and Boundary. The survey provided a 3-D outline of the large Flank target in the northeast part of the tenement. A drone magnetics survey is planned before the end of 2025 to better define all Vangma targets.
A scout drilling program of about 16 holes at a cost of roughly $1m has been planned for 2025 on Vangma, to explore the four most promising copper and gold targets: Flank, Boundary, Milky Way and Buffalo Creek. Negotiations on land access to drill sites are progressing well.
Some 1,631 soil and 133 rock grab samples have been collected since April 2024. Spend to date by Annamite on Vangma is about US$0.74 million.
In summary, the first year of work at Vangma has already identified five new targets, of which Flank is the current stand-out.

Sampling and Mapping Activities Progress
1,680 soil and 120 rock chip samples are planned for collection; 1,150 samples have been collected, and around 780 have been analyzed by ALS. Completion of all sampling and mapping activities is anticipated by October’s end, with a full regional soil database by November.
Joint Venture Agreement for Exploration at Vangma
A JV Agreement was signed on March 29, 2024, between Annamite and DDC, highlighting potential for Cu-Au-Mo porphyry and orogenic Au. Annamite commenced exploration in early April, and despite monsoon challenges, has made steady progress in soil sampling and geological mapping over six continuous months.
Potential Collaboration with DDC for Vangma Exploration
Discussions started to be underway with DDC about collaborating to explore the Vangma property for precious and base metals. The goal is to upgrade the tenement beyond coal. The Vangma property has excellent infrastructure and accessible conditions, similar to the Sokdee project.
