Annamite Resources Attended Future Facing Commodities Event in Singapore

Lei Dultra and Alex Pyng attended the Resource Connect Asia – Future Facing Commodities Singapore 2023 conference last week to promote our discovery in Laos of a significant Cu-Au-Mo porphyry system with adjacent related Au-Ag-Zn mineralization Lei Dultra and Alex Pyng attended the Resource Connect Asia – Future Facing Commodities Singapore 2023 conference last week to promote our discovery in Laos of a significant Cu-Au-Mo porphyry system with adjacent related Au-Ag-Zn mineralization. We believe that our Sokdee project is a standout in the crowded field of early-stage projects in that we already have economic intersections from three different styles of mineralization, including a porphyry. The real merit of our project is boosted by the scale of the system within a vastly underexplored but productive belt. The first results indicate that in addition to the Cu-Au-Mo Namthom porphyry, the Mouk target is a new, untested soil Au-Ag-Zn-Cu-Mo anomaly, 1600m in length and broadly along strike of the Namthom porphyry system. To date, the overall system is six kilometres in length. Trenching and sampling at the Grassy target are completed, and drilling is anticipated to start next month at Grassy, Spine and Mouk. More details will be presented upon receipt of laboratory results

Annamite Resources Commenced Trenching at Sokdee Project

First Trenching Program in 2023 at Grassy Target Trenching activities have recently begun at the Grassy target, located in the central region of the Namthom-Mouk Porphyry Trend. The project aims to explore and assess the potential mineralization in this area. Currently, two trenches have been excavated, covering a cumulative distance of 183 meters. The overall trenching plan encompasses the creation of four trenches, with a total length of 700 meters. The initial trenching efforts in the central part of the Grassy target have revealed the presence of highly altered rock formations. These rocks exhibit visible minerals, suggesting the occurrence of gold and copper deposits in the area. The identification of these mineral indicators is an encouraging sign for the potential mineralization at Grassy. The trenching operations will persist until early April 2023, allowing for a comprehensive examination of the subsurface mineralization within the Grassy target. This period will provide ample time for further exploration, analysis, and evaluation of the exposed geological features, including the extent and grade of the gold and copper minerals. The data collected through trenching will contribute valuable information to assess the economic viability and potential of future mining operations in the area. The continuation of trenching activities until the specified timeframe demonstrates the commitment to thoroughly investigate the mineral potential at Grassy. The data obtained from these efforts will aid in making informed decisions regarding the feasibility of further exploration or development plans in the region.

Embrace Equity – International Women’s Day 2023

We continuously value and support the women in our team who come from different walks of life and who together have helped Annamite as a start-up company to pursue our exploration activities with a focus on cost management and sustainability. We begin another significant phase of our exploration in Sokdee, with drilling to start during the 2nd quarter of 2023, and this progress would not be possible without the support of our female-led teams in Annamite Resources Laos. All the work done to date could not have been possible without the support of our all-female Annamite Resources Laos team in Vientiane. Today half of the total Annamite team members are female. In this very male exploration and mining industry, Annamite Resources can proudly say that we strongly support gender equity, in particular #EmbraceEquity, the campaign theme of this year’s #IWD #InternationWomensDay, as this, also means embracing diversity and inclusion, unity and driving for our combined success. We continuously value and support the women in our team who come from different walks of life and who together have helped Annamite as a start-up company to pursue our exploration activities with a focus on cost management and sustainability. Through our various pro-employee support programs which are individually tailored, we support each person as they advance in their careers and contribute further to their community.

Rock Chip Channel Sampling and Trenching at Grassy and Mouk Targets

During February 2023, rock chip channel sampling has been undertaken at Grassy target and trenching is due to start in late February both there and at Mouk target. A deep Induced Polarization (IP) survey is being planned for the Namthom porphyry ahead of any deep drilling there while shallow drilling is planned for late March at Spine, Palm, Grassy, Mouk and Mouk West targets. The multiple targets present significant flexibility in our approach going forward. In parallel, we are making good progress on raising the funds required for the remainder of our 2023 exploration program.

Sokdee Project December 2022 to February 2022 Exploration Update

Annamite continued to progress its Sokdee exploration property, with infill soil geochemical sampling completed over Mouk and Mouk West targets, drone magnetics flown over the northern Hinherb block, and mapping and rock chip sampling undertaken at Grassy target. Our work since February 2022 has shown that the structurally controlled styles of mineralization peripheral to the Namthom porphyry and Mouk porphyry target are likely to enable rapid advancement to resources definition, and on to mining. In the long term, however, the porphyries will remain targets of interest to major mining companies. The infill soil sampling has defined the the 1.6km long, multi-element Mouk target in much greater detail.

US$300,000 Already Raised with Positive Feedback with New Leads and Interest From Major Players.

Our goal is to find Large and/or High-Grade projects to justify significant investment in Laos. Our three current projects, Sokdee, LMD Vangma and Sakai East, already exemplify this objective. Our goal is to find Large and/or High-Grade projects to justify significant investment in Laos. Our three current projects, Sokdee, LMD Vangma and Sakai East, already exemplify this objective. Current status of our US$3 million fund raise is about $300k already raised with private investors, ongoing discussions with 3 equity funds, and most importantly we have received overnight confirmation that the 2 major mining companies have shown further interest with a second visit by one and an invitation to make in-person presentations by the other. Field work on our Sokdee Project has continued throughout September and October despite a very wet end to the monsoon, with Annamite employees and contract partners safely completing surface geochemical and ground geological surveys. Infill soil sampling is now complete on the exciting Mouk target in the Hinherb block, with analytical results awaited. An induced polarization survey was also undertaken over the Namthom porphyry, with positive results received. Work for November includes infill soil sampling, mapping at the Nakhop target in Fuang block, and additional drone magnetics to the north of the previous survey in the Hinherb block. An induced polarization survey is in planning at Mouk target, ahead of scout drilling. The Annamite team is leveraging its expertise in negotiation, exploration and early stage development to cover all aspects of the exploration spectrum including geology, mining, environmental/social, permitting and raising funds and building relationships with government and business.

Community Support in Sokdee Concession

Didier Fohlen, CEO of Annamite Resources In April 2022, Annamite/LHBS donated US$2000 towards the repair of the bridge over the Nam Ton River between Souanmone and Namthom villages.  In October, Annamite/LHBS has provided an additional US$2500 towards the construction of two new toilet blocks for students at the Namthom elementary school, with construction ongoing.  A new project will be initiated by LHBS/Annamite before the end of the year in relation to solid waste management in the villages of Namthom, Mouk and Navay.  The initial cost estimate is US$4500, and this project is to be further assessed and discussed.  An initial assessment of the conditions of the rural roads within the southern Hinherb concession area was undertaken by a civil engineering team from Lao Consulting Group.  The aim is to design new roads or improve existing tracks within the concession area for year-round access.  Some of the access will be used for Mouk and Namthom prospects for drilling as well as for construction purposes.       In 2022, Annamite and LHBS expect to contribute a total of US$12 000 for community development in Namthom and other nearby villages.  This contribution is in addition to statutory commitments for development funding.   During the period February to November 2022, Annamite has employed casual labour from Namthom and Navay villages, to perform such tasks as soil sampling, core cutting and sampling, housekeeping and general maintenance.  This will continue through December 2022 and into 2023.
