Update on Exploration Activities at Sokdee

The Annamite Team is conducting low-cost ground operations during the monsoon. Additional soil geochemical infill sampling took place on the two-best targets combined with geological mapping. The first results indicate that Mouk is a new 1600m long, untested soil Au-Ag-Zn-Cu-Mo anomaly along strike of the Namthom Porphyry System. The Annamite team is conducting low-cost ground operations during the monsoon. Additional soil geochemical infill sampling took place on the two best targets combined with geological mapping. The first results indicate that Mouk is a new 1600m long, untested soil Au-Ag-Zn-Cu-Mo anomaly along strike of the Namthom porphyry system. An Induced polarization (IP) survey consisting of six lines is due to start early October to better understand the chargeability of the potential deposits and a drone airborne magnetic survey to extend the existing survey towards the north is being planned for the near future to cover mainly the Mouk area. We now believe though that our Sokdee project is a standout in the crowded field of early stage projects in that we already have potentially economic intersections from three different styles of mineralization, including a porphyry. The real merit of our project is boosted by the scale of the system within a vastly underexplored but productive belt. As for scale, our system to date is six kilometres in length, with the porphyry but one point along that strike. Based on geochemical halo modeling, we have reason to believe that there are likely two additional blind porphyries along that extent, as well as additional structurally related styles of mineralization. Our work to date has shown that the structurally controlled styles of mineralization peripheral to the Namthom porphyry are likely to be rapidly advanced to resources definition, and on to mining, whereas the porphyry targets will be far more costly and a much longer slog to build resources, but that in the long term, the porphyries will be the main targets of interest to major players. Therefore, we plan to invest the bulk (but not all) of the current raise on better definina the nearer-term taraets. As for the productive belt, we are located 70km to the SW of the producing Phu Kham porphyry and Ban Houayxai epithermal deposits, also in the Loie Belt. The lack of modern exploration and our success in interacting with government, gives Annamite and our investors a first-mover opportunity in Laos. It is clear that the continually improving potential of Sokdee offers a unique and long-term opportunity to investors. We have just started our new round of financing of US$3 million at a price of 12c US/share.

Annamite Launch a Private Placement Round with the support of Minexia and the NR Private Market Platform

With the completion of a six-month exploration program this year starting with infill soil sampling, a drone aeromagnetic survey and a 1980m scout drilling program Annamite geologists have confirmed an important porphyry discovery and two adjacent associated non-porphyry bodies with a combined strike length of over 6km. The 2022 exploration program has added considerable value to our company. It is a significant step forward for Annamite and we are excited by these positive developments. We have secured tenure in the project area and have established a unique network of government and business contacts in Laos. The Sokdee tenement contains the three prospects mentioned previously as well as an additional seven targets, a total of 10. Our 2022-23 exploration program at Sokdee includes multiple short holes along strike into the non-porphyry targets, a few deep holes into the porphyry, drill testing of new soil geochemical targets, additional geophysical surveys, and the generation of inhouse resource estimates. To that effect, Annamite is launching a private placement round with the support of MINEXIA and the NR Private Market platform. We are looking at raising US$3 million at a share price of 12c US before the end of the year. A 1:12 warrant is also attached to this offer.

Annamite Resources, Located a Significant Copper-Gold Porphyry in Laos

After completing our geophysical drone survey and scout drilling program at Namthom, we believe that Annamite has located a significant copper-gold porphyry system that has the potential to impact positively the Lao economy and provide support to local communities. After completing our geophysical drone survey and scout drilling program at Namthom, we believe that Annamite has located a significant copper-gold porphyry system that has the potential to impact positively the Lao economy and provide support to local communities. The Annamite team, together with our geophysical and drilling contract partners, has successfully completed a drone magnetics, LIDAR and aerial photography survey and 1978 metres of core drilling in eight holes at our Namthom prospect. The 200 line kilometre drone survey at 50 metre spaced lines has provided high quality two dimensional data which offers significant insights into the structural framework of the system and has already impacted drilling decisions at the Namthom copper-gold porphyry prospect and peripheral high grade gold targets.  Three dimensional modelling of geophysical and drilling results is in progress. Eight inclined core holes were drilled within an 800 metre by 250 metre area across the strike of the prospect.  Five holes (NT_22_001 to NT_22_003, NT_22_005 and NT_22_008) directly targeted the central porphyry system, NT_22_006 tested a strike-extensive chargeability response seen in legacy data, while NT_22_004 and NT_22_007 tested a gold in soils anomaly. Encouraging analytical results continue to be received and will be reported on in due course. Field activities will continue, but  at a slow pace during the remainder of the monsoon season, with full data interpretation taking place in parallel.

Annamite Resources is Advancing Its Majority owned Sokdee Project

On April 1st, 2022 Lao Hyundae Black Stone Co., Ltd (LHBS) received its Investment License from the Laotian Ministry of Planning and investment (MPI) for the Sokdee Concession, which includes our flagship asset, the Namthom copper-gold- porphyry, situated within a 50 square kilometre tenement. During the last month, Annamite completed infill soil sampling at Namthom with our field team collecting 80 samples on a 200m by 100m grid.  Gold and multi-element assay results confirm the initial anomaly and indicated a larger footprint than previously outlined.  Our geologists have also mapped a wider alteration footprint than previously seen.  An additional 84 regional soil samples were collected over the remainder of the tenement in place of stream sediment sampling which is precluded by the presence of rice paddies along most rivers.  Annamite plans to start drill testing the Namthom porphyry with a a 1,500-1,700m DD programme in about a week, after the Lao New Year.In parallel a drone magnetic survey will be flown, to better understand the structure and alteration zoning at Namthom. Annamite is now employing about 20 staff on the ground, using the combination of our strong expertise built over the last three years in Laos and hiring local Lao personnel in the Hin Herp district, with training provided to build their capabilities.  We have also established a field base in Navai village, with accommodation, storage and office space.  Annamite is committed to continue supporting the local community in Namthom and Navai villages through employment of local teams and the purchase of goods and services.

Should an economic deposit be identified, Annamite and LMD will create a Joint Venture company to develop the project.   Annamite has established a local presence and expertise over the last three years in Laos, based on its knowledge and country network which it has built up over time.  The excellent exploration potential of Laos, commodity price forecasts and availability of capital are now all favorable for Annamite to focus on exploring for mineral resources to build Laos’ resource base.

ANNAMITE RESOURCES’ 2022 – YEAR IN REVIEW AND THE YEAR AHEAD

Annamite Resources is reporting its achievements in 2022 and looking forward to a productive year of exploration on its Sokdee Project in 2023 FIRST EXPLORATION RESULTS Our team has collected ca. 1,000 soil samples, conducted 2,000m of diamond drilling, mapped much of the 50sq.km Hinherb tenement and completed drone magnetic and IP surveys. CONFIRM PORPHYRY Cu-Mo-Au SYSTEM We have identified a 6km long porphyry system comprising two mineralized centers one of which is a proved porphyry Cu-Au-Mo prospect. This major achievement has consumed ca. US$1 million in direct ground exploration activities. ANNAMITE IN THE COMMUNITY Annamite donated in April 2022 US$2,000 towards the repair of the bridge over the Nam Ton River between Souanmone and Namthom villages and an additional $3,000 towards the construction of two new toilets for students at the Namthom elementary school. WHAT’S PLANNED IN 2023 FOR ANNAMITE? To drill ca. 11,000 m of RC and DD at a cost of US$2.5 – 3M and to test the two centres which comprise at least six separate targets, and to establish an in-house resource estimate over at least one of these. OUR TEAM IS GROWING We started 2022 with four employees based in Vientiane, which has grown to 25 full-time employees as of the start of 2023, including six based in Vientiane. Before kickstarting 2023, Alex Pyng, our Chief Financial Officer based in Singapore and Lei Dultra our Communication Officer, recently joined the Management Team. OUR NEW PROJECTS IN THE COMMUNITY An estimated US$5,000 project will be initiated in January 2023 by LHBS/Annamite for the solid waste management in Namthom, Mouk, Souamone and Navai, and US$5,000 for community development. OUR FLAGSHIP SOKDEE PROJECT The real merits of Sokdee are that we have a project comprising an elongate porphyry system of 6 km strike length which has already yielded potential economic intersections within a regional belt hosting several world-class Cu-Au-Mo-Ag mines. The excellent location and infrastructure near Sokdee make it likely that any mining development will have a very competitive cost structure.
